Exercises and eating help for stomach fat loss?

Alright, so I want to lose some of that stomach fat soon. I’m not totally fat, but it just looks bad, if you know what I mean. What techniques do/have you used to get rid of it? I exercise very often, but I want to know some certain exercises that target the stomach area. What do you eat?

You need clean diet and exercise.
Cut out fast food
Switch to whole grains/wheat
Drink only water and low fat milk
Have 5 or more servings of fruit or veggies a day
Eat every 2-3 hours 3 bigger meals, 3 smaller snacks
Include these foods
- egg whites, greek yogurt, nuts, low fat dairy, whole grains/wheat, fruits/veggies, lean meats, fish, oatmeal.

Try and get atleast 3-6 days of cardio ( ateast 30 minutes )
